Yes, I’m a worse parent then Jon & Kate (are those their names?) combined. I make Octomom look like Clair Huxtable, I make Chris Benoit look like Mr. Seaver. I get it.
The only sufficient explanation I can give you, is I’m on my Hustlelympics.
Said Hustlelympics, as defined by my good friend and sometimes running buddy Patrice, is just going out and getting it. Getting it, by the way, is what I be doin’. Check this out.
–two shows a week, but we’re still angling for a Wednesday or Sunday gig to get us to 3 or 4
–did I mention later that we’re doing a show on UStream? Just got started, weekly, every Wednesday hopefully. You can glom it at /djprofessorcc.
–just supervised my first wedding as setup and fill-in; probably starting in on those soon
–making tracks
–possibly guesting on the upcoming album
–getting more writing done–yes, everywhere but here–including Patrice’s site, and one for local DJs, with my own stuff on the side
Add to that I’m trying to find time for a social life and a woman (yeah, that’s right, I said it), oh, and praaaaaaying to get Party Ben back to town once he’s done with Europe, you can see that something was going to suffer. This site’s updates would be that.
I’m going to try to be better. It’s all I can do.
